Everything we’re most often asked, from capacity and weather to bar service and overnight stays. Still wondering something? We’d love to hear from you.

The South Lawn seats up to 250 for a ceremony, and the Magnolia Pavilion comfortably hosts a seated dinner for 220 or a standing reception of 250. Intimate gatherings of 40 or fewer are styled in the Rose Garden so the space never feels too big.
-
Every booking includes a covered alternative. Ceremonies move beneath the Magnolia Pavilion, which is fully draped and climate-comfortable, and the stone terrace can be tented within your inclusion hours. Your coordinator makes the final weather call with you by 10am on your wedding day.
-
We are not exclusive. You may choose any licensed, insured caterer from our preferred list, or bring your own with prior approval. A licensed catering kitchen with prep space, refrigeration, and a separate service entrance is available to your team at no extra charge.
-
Yes. Bar service must be provided by a TABC-licensed, insured bartending company, and all alcohol must be served (never self-served) until last call one hour before departure. We are happy to recommend bar partners who know the property well.
-
On-site parking accommodates 90 vehicles, with valet staging available in the Garden and Grand Magnolia packages. We strongly recommend shuttles for larger weddings and can help coordinate staging for buses and rideshare pickup at the front gate.
-
A signed agreement and a 30% non-refundable deposit hold your date. The balance is split into two payments, with the final installment due 30 days before your wedding. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis once the deposit clears.
-
Every package includes the Bridal Cottage — a light-filled suite with salon mirrors, steaming, and a private garden. The Garden and Grand Magnolia packages add the Groom’s Quarters, a relaxed lounge with its own entrance and games.
-
The Grand Magnolia weekend includes two overnight suites in the historic Manor House. For other packages, we partner with three boutique inns in downtown Madison, all within a ten-minute drive, and can share a room-block guide for your guests.
-
Music ends at 11pm and the estate closes at midnight, in keeping with our county sound ordinance and our neighbors. After-party space is available within the Grand Magnolia buyout, and we are happy to help plan a downtown send-off.
-
Open flame in hurricane vessels and votives is welcome throughout the property. Sparkler send-offs are permitted on the front drive with a fire extinguisher and sand bucket on hand. Fireworks and sky lanterns are not allowed under our county fire code.
