Our story
Built in 1912 and tended by the same family for three generations, Magnolia Estate has hosted Sunday suppers, summer reunions, and more than a few proposals beneath its namesake trees. We opened the gardens to couples because love stories deserve a setting this gentle.
Today the grounds host a single celebration at a time — yours, undivided — with the kind of quiet, attentive hospitality that only a family-run estate can offer.

Each celebration includes exclusive use of the estate for the day, so the grounds are yours and yours alone.
Five acres of formal boxwood gardens, a magnolia allée, and the Rose Walk — all yours for ceremony and portraits.
An open-sided, climate-comfortable pavilion for receptions of up to 250, draped and ready whatever the weather.
A light-filled Bridal Cottage and a relaxed Groom’s Quarters, each with its own private entrance and garden view.
A dedicated Magnolia coordinator runs your timeline so your family can simply be present.
